With her "Chinese Zodiac Signs" collection, which is characterised by a modern language of form and brilliance, MEISSEN artist Maria Walther once again creates sculptures made of Meissen porcelain with a deeper meaning. Her inspiration came from the following story: In ancient times, people did not know how to calculate age. So the mythological Jade Emperor decided to select twelve animal signs.
He held a competition in which the first twelve animals to reach the opposite side of the river won a place in the Chinese horoscope. The monkey depicted in the sculpture "Chinese Zodiac Signs Monkey" reached the finish line in ninth place. The rat, buffalo, tiger, rabbait, dragon, snake, horse and goat had already arrived before him. * MEISSEN / HEREND / SOHER: from 6 to 12 months for the production of the order + maximum 2 weeks for delivery;
After your application for ordering a product through our online store, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to provide you with more information about the anticipated date of delivery and ways of payment of the order.
* ROBBE & BERKING: 2 weeks for the production of the order + maximum 3 weeks for delivery.

In the unlikely and unfortunate case of receiving a broken product, we kindly ask you to notify us about this within 24 hours, providing your message with pictures and description of the problem.
